  • Develop a final version of the proposed Amendment
  • Publicize this website as a first step in determining whether the public would be interested in supporting the proposed Amendment
  • Provide Internet, email, forums as a means to help develop groups to place a referandum on the ballet in each state about the proposed Amendment
  • Develop ways of optaining funding to support efforts needed to place a referendum on the ballet in each state about the propose Amendment
